The video/screenshot that appears on the website (https://visual-fonts.com) was VF 2.5 on Kobo Libra 2 with 4.38.21908 (fac580f37d, 22/08/2023) which seems to be the latest firmware available.

The following image was just captured with VF 2.7 on the same device/firmware number. @jkwchui thank you for the file .

I went down the rabbit hole of finding out what is the difference between Clara 2E and Libra 2, and they all point to hardware. I’m not sure how I can be of help here.
